Shipping & Returns

- Returns: You have 48 hours from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
- Non-returnable: Opened, altered, or items marked non-refundable cannot be returned.
- Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- Cancellations: Must be requested immediately. A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled or refused orders.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times vary by bank.
